It's Monday. I can't get warm despite layers of fleece and wool. The sun is hidden from my beloved Colorado sky. My inner thermostat is approaching Grumpy.
But I shall not give in. I shall make this a productive day. I will finish up critiques! I will vacuum! I will do taxes! I will dig wells and harvest rice and build barns!
So There.

Um, yeah. And the rice thing. Definitely.
Yeah, I have to admit to a fair amount of disgust because the forecast calls for snow here from Wednesday on through the weekend.

::sigh::
There's an old 50's song, Spring Can Really Hang You Up the Most, and I'm going to go and sing it quietly in a corner now.
Good for you for not giving in!
You go girl!
I will remember sunshine soaked in on a summer day. Ahhhhh! Hope your gray day was all you hoped it would be, Yat-Yee. Here's to bright days ahead!
Taxes. Ha! I'll get right on that in month. Let us know how the barn building goes. :)
Hopefully they will be handsome barns.
Heh. Glad this almost-whiny post got a chuckle or two. Yeah, no barns were built, handsome or not. Taxes were only scratched. I got a whopping sneezing/cold attack yesterday afternoon into the night. BUT the sun is out now: thanks Christina! And I really shouldn't complain because we get over 300 sunny days a year here while in Scotland, Tanita gets...Okay, never mind.
Go, Yat-Yee! If you get to the rice, I'll let you skip the barn building!
